Heidi Engle is in her 16th year at Manor School. She has taught third, fourth, and fifth grades, and is now the Title I Teacher/Coordinator. She loves her job because she gets to work with both adults (Manor’s five fabulous Title I aides) and children (supporting various classrooms), as well as coordinating the Academic Intervention classes. She believes that all children want to learn. Heidi lives in San Anselmo with her husband, Craig, a 4th grade teacher at Wade Thomas School. She has two sons: Kevin, a recent graduate of Hastings College of the Law; and Andrew, who is adventuring around the world and currently living in Ithaca, New York. Heidi loves being in nature, especially hiking and cross-country skiing. Other interests include reading, writing, theater, art, classical music, cooking, yoga, and traveling anywhere. |
