By her First Grade class
(2008-2009) Miss Shannan is a great teacher who is good at teaching. She is very helpful. She loves math. She likes to help students learn math. She is very nice. Miss Shannan likes monkeys. She takes us on field trips. She takes us to assemblies. She is playful! She likes learning about science. Miss Shannan loves reading to us. She likes ladybugs in her garden. She likes rock climbing. She loves the Earth and all the planets. She went snowboarding during vacation. She loves butterflies. She loves being our teacher. Miss Shannan likes jewelry, she wears pretty jewelry. She loves insects. She is good at cart wheels and hula-hooping! She loves celebrating our birthdays at school. Miss Shannan likes to ride her bike to school. She helps us write stories. She likes her friend, Miss Julie. She cares about us. She loves teaching! |

This is
Kim's 18th year at Manor School. Her fondest memories are
attending Manor School and White Hill Middle School and then having
the opportunity twice to come back to Manor, first, for 8th grade
when White Hill closed (Yep, Manor was a K-8 school back then!) and
then as part of the teaching staff.
This is what Kim's students say about her: Mrs. TL is a good teacher. She likes a lot of detail in our work. I am glad we have legos to build with in first grade and our own desks! I like that we can build and do art. Mrs. TL is really good in math. It's fun to do math. I like the books she reads and she plans good art projects. Mrs. TL is married to Mr. TL. She and her husband like to go hiking with their dogs and Mrs. TL loves to ski and bike. Mrs. CW was her kindergarten teacher and they are best friends. Mrs. TL is from Italy. written by Mrs TL's
