District Goal I Facilities
Provide facilities that support program needs. Work collaboratively with facilities planning advisory committees to determine site improvements based on identified needs. Implement a facilities plan to address increasing enrollment and program needs.
District Goal II Budget
Continue to develop processes for increasing forecasting accuracy, financial transparency and user friendliness and continue to include stakeholders in our annual budget decision making process.
District Goal III Communications
Ensure that our school community and the voter community have a clear understanding about our facilities and financial problems and our proposed solutions.
