District Local Educational Agency Plan (LEAP)
All public school districts in the United States are required by the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) act to have an approved Local Educational Agency Plan (LEAP). The LEAP is a plan which outlines the services provided by the district and the methods it will use to implement those plans.
