About Trustee Litwack:

Rachel is the proud mom of two students (one in RVSD and one at AWHS). She has over 21 years of experience working at CPA firms dealing with audits of governmental and nonprofit agencies, and is the Administrative Director for her current firm. Prior to Rachel's career in the financial sector, she was a market research consultant specializing in customer and employee satisfaction.

As a School Board Trustee Rachel simply wants what is best for ALL of our children. A few examples of what that looks like for her is:

  • Every student having access to a high-quality, well-rounded educational experience
  • Everyone at our schools is safe, warm and dry
  • Our students and teachers are centered in decision-making, and that includes teacher pay
  • Timely, transparent communication between the district and schools, families, students, and the community

About Trustee Landles-Cobb:

Chris is a San Anselmo resident with two children attending schools in the Ross Valley School District. She is a regulator with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency at the US Treasury Department where she oversees compliance risk management functions at national banks. She holds an undergraduate degree from New York University and a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School. Chris' priorities for the district include, but are not limited to, ensuring that our schools continue to provide superior award-winning education to all students and that our teachers receive competitive compensation.


Daniel Cassidy

About Trustee Cassidy:

Education is Daniel's ‘true north’.  Daniel earned his Bachelor's degree in K-12 Health Education and his Master’s degree in College Administration. He continues to teach locally as an adjunct faculty member at Dominican University in San Rafael and leads an educational consulting business helping high school students navigate the college application and selection process.

Daniel is fortunate to have a wonderful and supportive family. Carrie, his wife, has been active on the YES! Board. His two daughters attend Brookside Elementary (5th and 2nd grade) where Daniel volunteers frequently in the classroom and yard duty - every school needs more volunteers ;-). He is also an active coach with San Anselmo Recreation for soccer and  basketball. You’ll see him at the Redhill fields every weekend this fall!


Shelley Hamilton

About Trustee Hamilton:

Shelley has 30+ years of both practical nonprofit management and consulting expertise and works at designing and facilitating collaboration, communications, and special projects at Marin Promise Partnership. She has worked with United Ways, the Marin Community Foundation, Fort Mason Center, The Thoreau Center for Sustainability, Performing Stars of Marin, and the Aging Action Initiative. Shelley has been an Affiliate Researcher with the Institute for the Future, a founding board member of the national Nonprofit Centers Network, a town Planning Commissioner and a School Board President. She has a B.A. in Cultural Anthropology from the University of California at Santa Cruz and an M.A. in Organizational Design from Fielding Graduate University.

Shelley is the daughter of four social justice warriors - a union organizer, a preschool director, and arts educator, and a Mexican-American college professor. She is committed to living her values of compassion, equity, integrity and justice in all aspects of her life. When she's not working to support collaborative equity and social justice movements, you’ll find her in the mountains, sailing or paddling in the ocean, crocheting or traveling with her family to visit relatives in Mexico.


Anna Marsh

About Trustee Marsh:

A California native and resident of Marin County since 2018, Anna has been a RVSD parent since her eldest started kindergarten at Wade Thomas in 2021. From the start, she has been deeply involved in the district—serving on the Wade Thomas School Site Council (2021-2023), Budget Advisory Committee (2024-2025), and taking on a leadership role for the Measure E campaign (2025).

Outside of her roles as parent and trustee, Anna is a licensed occupational therapist with expertise in neurological rehabilitation. Throughout her career, she has worked in hospitals, outpatient clinics, long-term care facilities, and now serves the community through her own private practice. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from UC San Diego and her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Creighton University. Since 2020, she has served with the Marin Medical Reserve Corps, teaching lifesaving skills at community events such as Sidewalk CPR and Stop the Bleed.

Anna is dedicated to ensuring every student in the Ross Valley School District has access to an excellent education in a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment. She is proud and honored to serve the Ross Valley community as its newest School Board Trustee.
