The Ross Valley School District is proud to be home to more than 200 full- and part-time employees who make learning exciting, engaging, and personalized for our approximately 1,700 TK through 8th grade students.
We strive to be a forward-thinking, culturally responsive employer that values diversity as one of our greatest strengths. We know that all of our students benefit from a workforce that reflects a variety of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. Our team enjoys professional development and continuing education opportunities, supportive policies, and a collaborative environment that fosters growth, engagement, and success.
In response to the current teacher shortage, we’ve also embraced creative approaches to support our educators’ growth. We offer opportunities for teachers to advance on the salary schedule more quickly, and we “grow our own” by welcoming teachers on emergency and pre-credential permits while providing mentoring and support as they complete their credentialing requirements.
Our students rely on us to make a meaningful difference in their learning and their future. If you are ready to bring your talents, experiences, and passion to help every student succeed—and to collaborate with a creative, committed, and supportive team, you’ve come to the right place.
We warmly invite you to reach out if you have any questions or need assistance with the application and selection process. We’re here to help every step of the way.
