School Breakfast and Lunch Program

After submitting a proposal, and a taste test with students in the District, Ordo was selected as the new meal provider for the breakfast and lunch program at the Ross Valley School District beginning in August 2025.
Ordo is a growing school meal provider, who is currently in over 15 states, including California. The meals which will be served in the RVSD schools will be produced in Marin County, and delivered daily to our sites.
How to Order Meals:
Your account is set up and ready to go for the upcoming school year. Your account is covered for breakfast and lunch per day for your child. To get set up, you just need to:
- Log-in at https://app.ordo.com/
- Email: Parent/Guardian email address provided in school registration
- Password: Ordo123! (update your password following these steps)
- Add Credit Card Information: This is required as part of the registration process; However, you will never be charged for the meal. All meals are paid for by the Ross Valley School District. Enter your credit card details to place orders. To add your card info, go to the “Settings” page, click “Add Payment Method”, enter your card details, then click “Add Payment Method.
- Update your Family Info and Mobile Number: On the “My Family Page”, click the pencil icon next to your name (the one that has a “Parent” role), enter your mobile number, and click “save”. In addition, update your child’s student ID to their name. Please ensure that your child’s name matches their campus location that is preselected. Menus rotate weekly, and orders are due by Wednesday at 11:59pm for the following week.

We Are Still Collecting Free/Reduced Meal Applications
Although all RVSD students are currently able to receive a free meal regardless of income level, we are still collecting free/reduced meal applications because qualifying applications include the following benefits to our schools as well as to your family.
School/District Benefits:
- Free meals (breakfast and lunch) for all our students
- Increased State funding for our schools, including school supplies and support services
Student/Family Benefits:

- Discounted Transportation Services (for the White Hill and Hidden Valley yellow buses)

If you believe that your income may qualify, we encourage you to review the information here (English | Spanish) and complete the application form located here (English | Spanish) and submit it to your school office. If there are more household members than the number of lines on the application, please attach a second application.
