Brookside Elementary is a vibrant learning community serving approximately 275 students in grades TK–5. Our dedicated team is committed to nurturing the whole child, academically, socially, and emotionally, ensuring that every student feels valued and supported.
As home to the Ross Valley School District’s K–2 and 3–5 Special Day Classes, Brookside takes pride in fostering inclusion and a strong sense of belonging for all learners.
Students thrive through engaging opportunities such as lunchtime clubs including: Leadership League, Green Team, Drawing Club, and Imagination Block Builders and more! Our weekly Community Time on Wednesday afternoons is an important part of our week. During this time, classes join together to celebrate heritage months, participate in Culture of Belonging lessons, and enjoy student-led assemblies.
Guided by the RVSD Racial Equity Mission Statement, Brookside is dedicated to creating a safe, equitable, and inclusive environment where every student is respected, celebrated, and empowered to thrive.
