We encourage parents to become an active participant in the life of Hidden Valley School. There are many ways for you to become involved in school programs and activities: working with the PTO and its many programs and projects; participating in School Site Council activities; supporting YES; working as a classroom volunteer; or attending the various community functions.
Volunteers support students in a variety of ways, including assisting in the classroom, on the playground and/or during lunch, as field trip drivers and chaperones, at school events, in afterschool activities/sports and a variety of special programs.
Title IX information provided in the link above applies to every school site and to all District programs and activities.
The Hidden Valley School Site Council (SSC) is a group of teachers, parents and classified employees, that works with the principal to develop, review and evaluate school improvement programs.
