Online content from Encyclopedia Britannica, ProQuest and TeachingBooks.net is now available individually to all K-12 students in California, as well as all public schools in the state. These content resources, commonly referred to as "library databases," provide teachers, school librarians and students with a massive amount of digital information: books, scientific research, newspaper articles, photos, videos and more – all aligned with the curriculum that California has created for its schools.

Encyclopedia Britannica
	Encyclopedia Britannica is the go-to site for K-12 research,  Britannica School to build essential information literacy skills, differentiate instruction, and support STEM education. (Grades K-8)
	Britannica Escolar is the leading knowledge-building resource, universally trusted for accurate and age-appropriate content in Spanish, made for native Spanish speakers, bilingual students, and students learning Spanish. (Grades K-8)
TeachingBooks.net
	TeachingBooks.net is an online database that can be used by teachers,  and students to explore children's books and young adult literature and their authors. The database provides access to educational materials and programs (short movies, audio book readings, book discussion guides) that add a multimedia dimension to reading in the classroom, library, and home. (Grades K-8)
ProQuest
