Prospective Team Member
  • The Ross Valley School District is home to more than 200 full- and part-time employees who make teaching and learning exciting and individualized for our approximately 1,800 TK through 8th graders.

We pride ourselves in being a forward-thinking, culturally responsive employer where we believe diversity is an asset.  We believe all of our students benefit from diverse workforce.  We provide professional development and continuing education opportunities, supportive policies and practices, and a collaborative environment that nurtures and engages a motivated and successful team.  Additionally, in this time of teacher shortages, we have become creative in providing teachers professional growth opportunities to advance on the salary schedule more quickly as well as "growing our own" by employing teachers on emergency and other pre-credential permits and providing support and mentoring while these teachers complete credentiling requirements.

Our students depend on us to impact their learning and their future! If you want to bring your talents, background, and knowledge to contribute to the success of each and every student and join collaborative, creative, and committed colleagues, you’ve come to the right place.

Please let us know if you have any questions or need assistance in the application and selection process.
